  • How to reserve a party with Plush Party Palace?
    Parents can schedule a party with our online calendar feature, to reserve their appointment or birthday party. Once we review the request, we will then send an email to confirm the details. You can also reach us by emailing us at, or call us at (567)-289-2002 if you have any questions before reserving. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • What are the hours of operation?
    We schedule all services and parties by appointment ONLY. We take appointments Wed. - Friday between the hours of 1:00pm - 6:00 pm and closing at 7:00. Saturday we take appointments between the hours of 11:00am - 6:00pm and closing at 7:00pm. Once you have booked online we will notify you by email to confirm your appointment. Please keep an eye out on our site for special events that could possibly provide walk-in services. If you would like to be added to our email list, please sign-up to be notified of these events and special offers for your princess.
  • How far in advance should I book my event?
    We welcome short notice bookings but recommend that you book events at least 4 weeks in advance. However, if you need a last-minute date, please call or send an email to to check availability.
  • Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can invite?
    All our birthday party packages are a minimum of 6 girls with a maximum of 10 girls, including the guest of honor. If less than 6 attend your party, you will still be charged the same amount. While 10 girls are the maximum for this category, we understand that our guest could potentially desire to have more guest attend. In that instance, please inquire, and we will review to see if we could accommodate. Parties larger than 10 girls are considered a custom party, and will require additional fees and staffing. We do allow parents of the guest to stay or they are more than welcome to drop their children off to the party. The parent of the birthday guest must remain at the facility. In order for us to accommodate the birthday girl and her guest we ask that no other children be in attendance unless they are apart of the birthday party. However, we do understand that there might be smaller siblings that would need to come along with the parent.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    All general services require full payment online at the time of booking. Our birthday party packages require $350.00 deposit for all birthday parties scheduled. The remaining balance must be paid the day before the event via an invoice or at the time of check-in. We accept Credit/Debit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).
  • How much is the deposit to reserve an event date?
    At the time of scheduling a birthday party there is a $350.00 deposit due to reserve your party. If you are renting the facility for a private event there is a $250.00 deposit due at the time of booking and it will be returned as credit to your final charge. If your reservation is cancelled, the deposit is *non-refundable*.
  • When is final payment due?
    Final balance for your birthday party must be paid the day before the event. We want to be able to get your special event started on time. However, we will accept the final balance upon your arrival when you check-in.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?
    ALL deposits are non-refundable. We can reschedule your party if it’s more than 1 month away.
  • What sanitary precautions do you take for every event?
    We will be following all the CDC recommendations for COVID precautions and protocols. Each event will have clean towels, and spa robes. Our basins are cleaned and disinfected. We will sanitize between each service or party. Disposable applicators are used for all makeup applications. Brushes are cleaned and disinfected. However, if your child is sneezing, coughing, runny nose or fever, we ask that you reschedule the appointment. We reserve the right to not service the child if they are visibly sick. We want to keep your child and everyone safe.
  • What is the typical length of a party?
    Parties are approximately 2 -3hours long depending on the party package, and size of party. We ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your party begins. We ask that parents pick up their child promptly when the party ends. We will not be responsible for any child left on the premises after the party ends. The parent who reserved the party must stay until all the children invited are picked up unless other accommodations have been made.
  • What happens in the event of an emergency/inclement weather/etc.?
    In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergency, Plush reserves the right to cancel any event, and offer an alternative event date for the celebration.
  • What happens during the day of celebration?
    Arrival Time: Guests may arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your event start time. If you arrive any time after the designated time slot, the party will still end at its designated end time. We give a 10 minute grace period to children who have not arrived at the set time. However, when they arrive we will fit them in and try to complete all the services if possible. Otherwise, they may not get the full service due to time restraints. Please stress to guest the importance of being on time for the party. If the party is customized and approved, (then and only then), can time slots and arrival times will be different for decorating purposes.
  • What if my child has an allergy?
    Please notify us of any allergies for all the children that will be in attendance when booking your event, and we will accommodate your guest.
  • Do I need to stay at the party?
    No, your child will be fully supervised by our staff. Once the party commences, we will lock the door until the party ends or upon the return of parents picking up their children.
  • Can parents and family hang around during the party?
    We ask that only the parent of the birthday child and no more than 2 additional adults stay preferably. We want to ensure the girls have their special day. We don't mind parents taking pictures, but we ask that parents not stand over the hostess while they are trying to service the girls. We have plenty of seating to observe. This is due to limited space inside our party venue, we ask parents to wait outside or drop their child off, and return to pick them up just before the party time ends. Unless arrangements have been made for the parents to be catered to in our designated party space. Please inquire for more details.
  • What happens in the event of an accident or injury?
    We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. The parent who reserves the party will be sure to sign a waiver for participation releasing us from all liability. However, we will call 911 in the event of an emergency.
  • Do you rent your facility for private parties, meetings or other functions?"
    Yes, our facility can be rented privately for small intimate events, meetings, baby showers, bridal showers etc. You can call to inquire about hourly, daily or weekly rentals. We will coordinate you with our in house planner, Saymore Events. We give an extra hour for set-up or clean-up. Please set up a consultation. *Plush parties will ALWAYS take precedence over a private rental*. -There is no smoking allowed on the premises under any circumstances
  • What can I add on?
    Our packages are all inclusive. Please inquire about any kind of additional add-ons.
  • Where do I go for details about add-ons?
    If you are looking for a customized party, we use our in-house preferred vendors. Whether that is planning, desserts, decor etc. We can also help with your birthday cake, toppers, personalized cookies, designer party bags, extra balloons & decorations, and photographers.
